To fix the gallery, you'll need to convert the TIFF format to a web supported one listed above.

I just visited your site and see the background video is playing in FireFox now. Were you able to resolve this issue? Let me know.

Is the background video in .MP4 format?

For the gallery, you uploaded a .tif image file, which are not supported. Supported image formats are .jpg, .jpeg, .png and .gif

Hi Christopher,
in videobackground I uploaded a video but you can see only with Safari browsers,
I also uploaded a photo to the gallery (picture 19), and this can not be seen too.
I tried to open my website on chrome and firefox, and I can't see videobackground and the
picture in the gallery.
