Yes Im sure its a WordPress issue as if it was a theme issue it would be happening to others(including our demos and my local server) which it is not

HI

Thanks for your reply... I have 14 separate wordpress sites, all with other themes, all work fine when I change the permalinks to custom structure (/%year%/%monthnum%/%postname%/) . However with Nocturnal and only Nocturnal, anything other than default gives me a page not found. As this is only occurring on Nocturnal are you sure that this is a Wordpress issue not a theme issue?

I'll do some research on the Wordpress forums but I'm not convinced.

Thanks anyway

you need to set the permalinks, if the change isn't taking you need to make sure WordPress has access to your .htcaccess file or you'll need to modify it yourself

also note this is a WordPress issue not a theme issue, you'll need to head to the general WordPress forums for more assistance

Hi there

I have just purchased your theme and am rather happy with it so far. One issue which I can't find any solution to... how do I give the URLs meaningful titles in the Nocturnal theme? Each time I try anything other than the default setting of permalinks i get the "page you are looking for cannot be found" message. I seevon your demo that you have meaningful urls... e.g

I look forward to hearing from you.
