The text you're referring to is the logo image. It's not real text, just an image file. You can upload a logo image from the Customize page.

Hello Chris. I am currently having the same problem. The header looks way too puny. Is there away I can modify the font of the site header like you did in here http://premium.themolitor.com/?theme=photopharm where "PHOTOPHARM" title stands out clearly? I want exactly the same.

Hi there,

The width for the content is controlled by the .boxStuff class. You can try something like this in your Custom CSS box on the customize page...

.boxStuff {width:500px;}
