Did you get this resolved? I have a page with lat/lng filled out as well as address and the page is showing up gray. Any ideas? It doesn't seem all the items three posts ago were answered. Thanks!

Your theme is terrific but to get it to do what I need the UI keeps giving me a runaround and confusing me. I want to show an intro page first and then move into the Navigator map interface on a specific MAP page.

On the Option Tree (Navigator Theme's Options) I see a pull down menu where I can choose my 'Blog Category'. Is this category supposed to be the map blogs or my non map blog blogs?

Then on the WP side I goto the options for 'Reader Settings' and I firt choose STATIC HOME PAGE (because my client needs a big splash intro screen) and I get a choice for 'Posts page:' what goes in there? Do I choose the page I want for the map blogs or the non map blogs here? Posts/Blogs? argh! Categories/Pages? argh!

So if reading your above reply is correct I can choose the blog category to be my non map related items? Then inside WP's Reading settings I choose the page I want the map items to live?

Then I can't get the satellite mode instead of the roadmap mode script change to work.

The only category that doesn't display the map is the category you specify as the blog in the theme options panel. Just make sure EVERY post in a map-related category has proper map data associated with it.

High there Molitor,

In this page
?cat=6
I'd like to see the map in satellite view.
I've changed the code as suggested in your sticky posts (forums/topic/use-satellite-view-by-default-for-main-map)

In this page
?cat=5
I'd also like to see the world map in satellite view. Now I get the default background image as specified in the theme options/general page.

In this page
?page_id=13
I'd also like to see the world map in satellite view. Now I get the specified background image, but if I do not specify and fill in geo-data the page background gets grey... a situation that occurs on all 'pages' that I create.

In this page
?cat=7
I get your default picture that is not relevant at all.

So, I guess that with the same explanation I can tackle all the trouble mentioned above.

Thx a bunch for your effort!

High there,

I've created a category 'Expeditions' in the menu. The menu will feature links to 7 pages where there will be details about 7 different locations. But the maps don't show when I make a Page, while it works when I make a Post...A Post I made with geo-data produces a view with expected map. Fine. But when I make a Page with the very same data the system produces the page, but without the map (just a grey background).

What to do?

Tnx.
