Yep, that was it... or rather that I did not set the "Blog Category" to something. Once I did... it started working... beautifully. Thank you!

Make sure posts you want to show on the map are not in the same category you specified on the theme options panel as the "blog" category.

I see it works on the demo (like here http://themes.themolitor.com/wpnavigator/category/locations/asia/ ), but I can't seem to get it working on my test site.
Map works fine on the home
http://nyhistoric.com/

But blanks when I go to a category page:
http://nyhistoric.com/category/locations/finger-lakes/
http://nyhistoric.com/category/locations/finger-lakes/monroe-county/

Any ideas?
