Try toggling the setting on the Customize page (i.e. turn it off, save, turn it back on and then save again).

Thanks for your support. I succeed to show the map by just modificates the zoom level on the Customize menu.
Because on the first install, the page still black.

Now it works!
Thanks for your great theme !

Oh, just another question : I don't receive emails when there is a submission on the submission form. The post is created (pending status) but no email was sent.

Hi there,

I see a map showing up, just not any markers. On the Customize page, try (1) removing the pin image URL, (2) let the page refresh and then (3) put it back via copy/paste. That should "reset" the pin setting.

Hi, I have the same issue.
I just bought and installed your wp theme, and there is no map at all ...
I also imported the demo content, I have pages and posts, but it's the same....

There is no options to apply to have the map. I really don't understand how your theme work. I just have the "Personalize" menu, with very few parameters, but nothing work...
I have a black page instead of a map, and of course no markers at all, nothing to be exact... just a black page with your copyrights on the footer.

Please help, it's urgent, i have to install it today as I bought it 2 days ago.
Also there is no proper documentation, so i'm lost ...

Hi tbn. Sorry for the late reply... are you still having the problem? Let me know and I can talk you through what I did. Basically it was reentering the posts and ensuring all lat long info was correct. For some reason, using this theme I have to change the setting off and back on to activate. I also had a problem with the automatic dreamhost WP install... but that probably doesn't affect you...

Have you reviewed the options available on the Customize page to make sure everything is properly configured?

I have just migrated from the HTML version to WP. I have read all the online help and think I have everything installed properly. I have added posts with lat long markers but I cannot get the map to appear at all. Everything is blank. I know I must be missing something very obvious but please help an idiot in distress :-) Thanks.
