Hey Aimee,

1) Go to Theme Options > Custom CSS (optional):

.boxStuff {
max-width: 295px;}

*This is not 100% tested, but might just work. If it doesn't, simply remove that code from the box and re-save.

2) While I understand your concerns, this is not an issue with the theme. This theme will work just as the Demo shows. I don't specialize in SEO and cannot speak to the 250 words.

I would like to have a single column list in the Home/menu area instead of a two column list. Please advise.

I also have SEO concerns. If there is no way to include text on the actual home page/landing page, how will google search/find the text. I realize that text can be added to the info tab area, but I'm not convinced that google will recognize those critical first 250 words on the landing page. Any suggestions or corrective options for me?
