Per the "HELP!" file, the tooltip hover effect appears on any links that have the class name "tooltip".

I did the change where you put that I can make the (continue) buttons look like the rest of the sites buttons, I did that, but the hover effect looks nothing like the rest, how do I correct this? I saw the fellow earlier in the post post this, class="tooltip". How do I use this to integrate and change the hover effect? Thank you in advance!

Oh, you meant the tool tip hover effect. Gotcha. A lot of that is already in the help file, so please be sure to read that first :-)

Add a line break tag right before the button to put it on the next line...

******the following has an extra space before "br" so that you can see the code*******

Regarding the hover effect, it's showing up for me. Take another look ;-)

I now have the button, but it's placed right after the text. How can I change the style so it drops it down below each excerpt and stays to the left? (I tried with no success.) Also, it doesn't have the hover effect that you created for the main page buttons, how can I add that to the code?

Here is what it looks like now:

Here's an email I received from a WordPress Church theme owner...

"We have a lot of older folks at our church... I like how you have the continue button at the bottom of the two posts on the home page of the site. Is there a way that I can have that same button show up on the actual posts page?"

Here's what you do...

Open up "archive.php" in the theme folder.

Within the div with class name "entry", locate the following code
***I added spaces so you can see the actual code, so don't copy this***

< a href="<?php the_permalink() ?>" rel="bookmark" title="Permanent Link to <?php the_title_attribute(); ?>">Continue< /a>

Wrap the above code with span tags and give the span tags a class name of "buttons".

This is what it will look like when your done
***I added spaces so you can see the actual code, so don't copy this***

< span class="buttons">< a href="<?php the_permalink() ?>" rel="bookmark" title="Permanent Link to <?php the_title_attribute(); ?>">Continue< /a>< /span>

NOTE: adding span tags with class name "buttons" to any a tag will create that effect ;-)
