Yes, sorry if I'm not being clear.

Having looked at the live preview I understand the confusion. Right now my landing/home page displays four post excerpts with "continue reading" links(like the demo would without featured images?). We are working with the pages only in the "continue" mode - two column single entry per page and would want that to be the only mode users see. (of course we'd love that "page look" background on our posts but that's another story) Also, the "home" menu links back to that page, I would prefer it link to the most recent post in the "continue" mode.

As for the second issue I want to basically lock the size of each individual post at, say 700px. Obviously this would limit the size of the entry or result in blank space, that's fine. This would mean we would never have multiple pages per post.

I suspect this will all make much more sense if I give you a link... would it be possible for me to email it to you?
I think this is actually a lot simpler than I'm making it sound :)

Hello!

I would like to be able to not have the page with multiple post excerpts as the home page and instead have "Home" be the most recent post in "expanded" mode. (Basically don't want to ever see a post not in "expanded" mode.)

Also, is it possible to "lock" the size of the post (so that it doesn't vary dynamically in size and the look of the "book" doesn't change, we anticipate that each post will then need to be the same length.)
