no because thats actually a limitation of WordPress/hosting the only way is to increase the max vars

I contacted our host regarding this issue, and the max vars are set at their highest, and still no luck - any other idea's?

That's actually a server issue, have your host increase your max vars

I just encountered an issue where I'm unable to add more than 80 items to the primary nav menu. The main nav is defined, and I'm using six top-level links (ex. Home, Markets1, Markets2, Docs, Contact, Login), with 13 second-tier "Zone" categories under "Markets1", and 10-15 third-tier categories under each zone. Whenever I surpass 80 items total, the bottom menu items already in place just disappear. Not sure if this is theme-related, but I don't see any conflicts in my server setup, and haven't modified any core WP files that might cause this behavior. Can't share a link because the site is a private client portal with sensitive information, but I am running the latest version of Navigator on WP 3.3.2 on an Apache server with PHP 5.3.13. Any thoughts?
