Added php.ini to my root directory, and the logo is finally working! Hooray!

Now, where could I add some code to bump the logo up a few pixels? It's showing, but I want it to be a little more centered on the blue.

I am trying to use a logo (PNG file), but it is not showing up despite being uploaded. I know that not all other images are broken, as my transparent eagle head has worked without issue.

Any help would be appreciated.
