Any shortcode plugin with toggles should work. I don't have anything specific in mind. I recommend just searching for "shortcodes".

I have a page with a lot of content on it that I would like to streamline (http://quantum.esu.edu/library/databases/a-z-directory-listing/). I believe the term is "spoiler". I want to have a link (title) that when you click on it the descriptive text would drop down. Do you have any suggestions for a plug-in that would accomplish this?
