I'm referring to the logo image URL. When I look at the source, I see that the theme is loading the URL like it's suppose to, but the URL (posted above) is generating a "Not Found" error. This would be hosting related.

You shouldn't be getting a 404 error when typing in the URL. I brought it up on 3 computers with no 404 error. Please see the following dropbox link for a screenshot:

I see in another thread you have hosting-related issues, so this is likely related. Let me know if your host can help with this.

It looks like the upload feature is working fine as I see the following image URL...

Visiting that URL directly gives a 404 error, so this likely has something to do with your hosting/domain configuration. Unfortunately I can't really help with that as it doesn't have anything to do with the theme.

It won't accept any of my logos. They are all .png files and banner style. Should I be using a different file type? http://entertainknoxville.com.
