My advice is to save the logo as a PNG image instead of GIF image. PNGs allow transparent images without the jagged edges that you see in your logo.

Regarding the CSS vertical alignment, that is controlled from the ".boxStuff" attribute.

Hello,

first i wanna thank u for thi great theme!!!

At know i'm dry to customize your theme for my site.

But i have one big problem :(!

If i add a logo to "OptionTree" (Theme Option) the quality
will be bad. What is the perfekt size for my Logo, that the
quality will be good?

By the way, my logo is relatively high, so that i would position
it a little bit more to the top. Can u tell me where in Style.css
it takes this effect?
