Hi, I uploaded my logo and it looks great, but the live demo shows the logo in the center of the page, I'd like to do that, but still can't figure out how to do it.

Hi there,

You'll need to retrace your edits as you're implementing the logo outside of what is advised. Using the full URL of the image is also recommended (not relative path).

Justin, yeah, I just created a random folder to store the logo...didn't realize that the theme would be looking elsewhere, especially given that it seemed to work. But after reading your post, I tried moving it to the suggested folder and renamed it logo-trans.png--still no joy. Same problem.

Do you still live anywhere near Gaithersburg? If so, you should come it. It'll be my first appearance at a public book festival.

Hey Mark,

It looks like you adjusted the Folder structure on your site, is that correct? For instance, generally the logo would be found in this folder:

/wp-content/themes/wpchemeleon/images/dark/logo-trans.png

Your logo is in:

/wp-graphics/MarkHenshawTrans.png

This leads me to believe that your Category pages (by default) are simply looking for something that's not there. It's a strange issue, and I'm no 100% that'll solve it, but is there any reason for the different folder structure?

Also, just a side note, I grew up in Gaithersburg - I saw your post, that's pretty sweet!

This is odd. My logo displays and the menu arrow works fine on static pages; but when I go to a page generated by categories, my logo doesn't display and the arrow jumps back to Home in the menu bar. Any ideas what's causing that?

The "News and Events" and "Blog" pages are created by categories and are the pages on which the logo vanishes and the menu arrow doesn't work.
