Hi, the logo is actually an image upload, you would upload an image in the box

if you watch this video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wS0WlHITVfc when the options are there you will see the little upload box

I am totally new to this. When you set up the theme, there's the word logo and then a box; do you place code there? if so, how do you create the code?

Hey there,

That's because the website knows there *should* be a logo there, but your logo does not appear to be in the site yet. The question mark and/or X is just the different manner that browsers handle missing defined images.

If you've added the logo and it's not showing up, I would try uploading a .JPG, or simply re-uploading the image. Though, from what I can see it doesn't appear to have a logo in there at all.

in safari I get a box with a ? in fire fox, if you mouse over the area, the name of the web site comes up
