As the link I provided mentions, If you continue to have trouble you'll need to contact your hosting provider as this is not a theme issue and has to do with the way your hosting/server is configured (PHP is a server-side language). Let them know you're trying to use the "getimagesize()" PHP function.

Thanks!

Thanks for following up with your findings!

I appreciate the feedback here. I'll revisit this approach in the near future to see if there is a better method of displaying the logo.

Thanks!

The problem was in Php.ini. Have to change the value of allow_url_fopen to ON. But I read that this change makes the system vulnerable. In all other subjects that use, never had this problem. I think you should find a way to fix this problem without changes in Php.ini. Thank you for your attention. For me topic resolved and closed.

I figured out that the getImageSize function is the culprit. The source code was spitting out an error. I removed that piece of PHP from header.php and entered my logo dimensions manually in the styling for a.logo. That fixed the problem.

Hi, I'm afraid I'm having the exact same problem. http://justicejeffboyd.org

I had Politico 1.1 installed and the OptionTree plugin activated. (didn't work then...I saw the Send to OptionTree button instead of Insert Into Post). I upgraded to Politico 1.2 and deleted the OptionTree plugin. I still see the Send to OptionTree button on the logo uploader and the logo still isn't showing up. I have also tried installing a different theme, uploading the logo there, then switching back to Politico. No dice. I am clicking Send to OptionTree and then saving my theme settings.

Going to try manually updating the code to make it work, but an official fix would be great. Thanks!

Hi there,

I just tested on the latest version of WordPress and I'm able to click "send to OptionTree" and have the logo show properly.

Please click "send to OptionTree" and then click to save your theme options settings.

Let me know if that works for you.

Thanks!

I said I upgraded, and it did not work. When I use the media pages and posts, works normally, just does not work to insert LOGO. I do not see how the link to my page, could solve the problem. But is http://www.adorodanca.com.br, and is only a test. And the field just does not work. I would like a quick solution. Thank you.

Hi there,

It's possible you can't see it because the WP update might have overwritten the CSS of the theme options panel, making some fields hidden -- even though they are still there. I'm planning an update that addresses this, but the fields should still work just fine in the meantime.

Can you provide a link to your site? I'll take a look.

Thanks!

I really can not put the Logo. I've tried everything. Updated the Wp, watched your video, read your manual. When I insert the logo will not appear on the "insert into post" but "send to OptionTree." How to solve this?
