One thing I noticed... the alert mentions "ot_register_theme_options_page". Keep in mind that the OptionTree plugin is no longer required for any of my themes. Make sure you didn't install/activate that plugin.

That wouldn't be a theme-related issue. The warning messages are pointing to core WordPress files (i.e. wp-includes/plugin.php and wp-includes/pluggable.php).

Unfortunately this isn't something I can solve or troubleshoot through the theme. You'll need to search these error messages on Google and/or use the WordPress support forums here: http://wordpress.org/support

i got an bad issue with logging in into Wordpress (using maitre'd theme).

if i go to /admin i get to see these two error / warning messages on a blank page:
