OK, so there were two "Themes" folders, and the second one, in wp-content, worked. thanks...

Title says pretty much everything, I loaded the Vysual folder to the "Themes" directory via FTP, confirmed that it is there and all the files available, yet when I go to "Themes" on my site, it doesn't show up, and nothing I do makes it show up. Please help.

PS. I also tried uploading the .zip file, only to get the same message as everyone else "Do you really want to do this?" and then "Retry" and get the same message over and over. That's the reason I uploaded everything manually.
