Hi,

I rather leave it as it is now than turning off AJAX (without AJAX the music and the video would always start over with every page refresh).
The bug is strange because it is only applies when I go to homepage, otherwise title refreshes correctly.
Don't bother too much with it since it isn't a huge issue, but if you find any solutions sometime please share it with me. Thanks! :)

Best,
David

Hi there,

Looking into this more, it may be an issue with those browsers not supporting "history push state", which allows the title info to update.

If you feel this is a concern, my best suggestion is to disable the AJAX setting on the Customize page. This will remove the page loading effect and load pages in a traditional reload fashion.

Let me know if that helps.

Best,

Christopher

Hi,

Actually, they do activate it. The only thing I had to do is changing the links from href="../something/" to href="http://b-married.hu/something/" and now the AJAX load works like a charm. :)

Best,

Hi there,

The menu links have JavaScript click handlers applied that "listens" for clicks and loads the URL via AJAX. That's why links inside your content area do not activate the AJAX functionality.

Best,

Hi,

Sure, I'll test it on newer OS soon and get back to you.
Until: Is there a way to make the links and buttons (which redirects inside the site) act like the menu links or the logo link.
For example at http://b-married.hu/rolunk/ or at http://b-married.hu/szolgaltatasaink/ I placed buttons at the bottom of the page which are redirecting to an other page of the site.
But whenever I or a user uses these buttons the whole site is reloading. However if I use the menu links or the logo link the site uses ajax to load the page and the whole site doesn't load again.

Best,
David

Hi there,

Any chance you can test on something other than Windows 8? Support for that operating system is just about to end, so you'll want to test on a more modern OS anyway.

Best,

Hi,

For me it isn't changing however in the source it changes (but from the browser tab it disappears and shows only the domain).
I'm on a Windows 8 64 bit and tested it on both Chrome Version 61.0.3163.100 (Official Build) (64-bit) and Firefox 55.0.3 (64 bit).
Unfortunately the problem is there with both of the browsers.

Best,

Hi there,

I'm not seeing any issues with the title element. I navigated to two pages, then went back twice to get to the home page. Each time the title changed.

What browser and OS/device are you using?

Best,

Hi!

Recently I've found a little bug with the title tag.
If I load the page the title shows correctly on the browser tab and everywhere it should (talking about <title>THE MOLITOR FORUMS</title>).
If I navigate somewhere else on the page with the menu, the new title shows perfectly.
But if I navigate back to the home page by clicking the logo or by clicking Home in the menu, somehow the site forgets the title tag. The strange thing is that in the source it is still there but it won't show up on the browsers tab.

I hope that I could report the bug clearly and it can solved easily.
Waiting for your reply!
Kind regards!
