Two things...

1. This is a plugin-related issue, so you will need to use the support channels for that plugin.

2. You're using an older version of the theme. I've since updated the theme (free download if you purchased already) and made a built-in content slider, which removes the need for the plugin.

I just noticed a problem on one of my sites, http://www.mtscottchog.org, it won't go to the post when you click on the image in I.E 8, works fine in firefox.
