<p>The WordPress excerpt function does not support links. That said, you might have some luck searching for a plugin that adds this functionality to the theme.</p>

			<description><p>Hi, I am wondering if there is any way to have a link in within the timeline text excerpt if the timeline item does not contain an image. So instead of clicking read more - the user could click the link on the timeline item directly. Thanks.
