I tried adding that "css text" to the style sheet but it didn't change anything.

The php header looks like this:

<?php $imageData=getImageSize(get_option_tree('logo')); ?>
a.logo {height: <?php echo($imageData[1]);?>px; width: <?php echo($imageData[0]);?>px; background: url(<?php get_option_tree('logo',$theme_options,'true');?>) no-repeat;}

See "background: url" Is that where it's getting this link? If I change that to "none" will that work?

no worries, Ive been away for a few days as well

did you make and modifications to the site, the issue is that theres a link that normal wraps around the Logo Image, which it looks like you've made the logo a background image(using CSS) so theres a link with just the title you've place there

you can fix it by using some css 2 indent the text like

'
#header a#logo{
text-indent:-9999;
}
'
