Inform only the address does not work.
For now, you'll have to search the latitude and longitude to let us posts.

In order to generate the lat/long data automatically from the address, we need to use the following Google script...

$geocode = file_get_contents('http://maps.google.com/maps/api/geocode/json?address='.$address.'&sensor=false');

It appears your server doesn't allow this Google script to load properly. Try testing to see if these issues are resolved by entering the lat/long data for your posts.

That's right, but my provider is windows and has no way to turn this feature as I informed my provider.
If I want to use this feature will have to migrate to a Linux hosting.

This is a server related issue. Please consult your hosting provider about this.

If you're posting an address, you must use both lines. I tried this and it worked for me just fine...

Address line 1: avenida assis brasil, 334
Address line 2: alegrete, RS, brasil
