I did all changes manually,it isn't as much work as it seems. You can easily change "Tabs", "More" etc etc into something else. Just go to "Single.php" file, just search (ctrf+f) what you want to chagne "for example "More") and replace it with the word in your language.

The same with all the other english words. The only problem sometimes is to decide in which php file you have to make the changes. The most helpful tool for this is firebug if you're using firefox (or, at least right click and Inspect Element) - you can easily find every div elemtn or even all the lines from css file related to this element.

Note, the theme is not I18n ready.

You have to prepare the theme in order to support original i18n features as I did in my case.

That was realy very un-professional.
