Unfortunately that isn't something it can do since it is reading the dynamic image you enter in the theme settings. In other words, it's checking for that field each time it loads to get the image.

may i reduce the size ? or quality ?

EDIT: same with 1280x905 @ 100ko

EDIT2 : First i hosted the image on the website ftp got lags, since i put the imageshack url : no lags ...

EDIT3 : Another issue i saw : When i load a menu section (like page or category blog etc..) the image is streching as the original size and after the load is complete it resize streching on the window. Could the theme save the resized img in order to not see this ?

I would check to make sure that the image you're using is properly prepared for the web. If you're using an extremely large image, this may impact the loading speed.

Since i have put a bg image, the theme looks slow, menu open slowly etc ...
Have an issue for this ?
