Hi there,

1. Hard to say without viewing the issue myself. Do you have a link where I can see the form myself?

2-3. The images might be too large. Can you provide links to the images that aren't loading?

4. I can't say for sure. The link I provided sends the request to the Werkpress team. They will review and provide you a cost and time estimate.

Best,

Chris

1. No prob! I think i found a similar topic in the forum - relating to the browser here; http://www.themolitor.com/forums/topic/form-breaking-background-images#post-22222 wandering if that is the same issue - the plugin is (Ninja Kick Sidebar: Contact Form)

2-3. -I meant to say the images added within the post and pages are taking really long to load or not loading at all, (the background images work just fine in the pages, but the patterns don't work and yes I used the image urls in the edit screen. That is my main issue when it comes down to it

4. Could you just give me an idea of how much that would cost, for now to avoid another login in page?

Thanks again!

Hi there,

I really appreciate the nice remarks :-)

1. Please understand I don't provide support for plugin-related issues unless the issue is caused by the theme itself. In order to determine the cause of the issue, I would need a link to the page where the issue occurs so that I can troubleshoot. What plugin are you using? Can you provide a link where it is being used?

2. I'm not sure I understand. I see background images on all panels, except for categories (see #3 below).

3. For categories, are you entering the image URL on the category edit screen? Reference: http://themolitor.com/help/panels/#backgrounds

4. Sorry, but that goes a bit beyond the level of support I'm able to provide here in the forums. If it was something I knew off the top of my head I would gladly help, but if it requires a bit of research, testing and custom code then I have to refer you to the customization request form: http://themolitor.com/customization-request

Best,

I first off, great theme - it lands itself to a range of content and its minimal. My site is http://echoexperience.co/ - and it's to promote a new event in NY.

1- I added two key plugins one is a calendar system that works well, the other is a form plugin that causes the background images to break up unless the entire site is refreshed. And while I need to fix that: I found a way around it...

2- The main pages don't display images from the pages or category feeds. unless it goes to another page on the same panel. The images appear for about a second and then they disappear. When you visit the site you'll notice I worked around that in the flow of the first few panels but I really want to fix that - since I intend to make use of the blog.

3- The pattern background don't show up for the category or feeds either and yes I make sure that they are on my server.

4- and important is is there a way to make the slider the full size of the screen and make it support video?

Thanks so much for you assistance on this. I would be happy to send you my login info if that would help me get this done faster.

Manni
