Hi there,

Just a heads up that there's an update available for this theme. You can grab the latest version from your downloads page on ThemeForest.

Best,

Chris

Hi there,

I tested and the slider still works for me. Are you using a caching plugin? If so, be sure to delete the cache (not the plugin, but the plugin cache) and let me know if that helps.

Regarding customizations, please use this form: http://themolitor.com/custom

Thanks!

Well, I'm speaking too soon. There is a lot of inconsistency and I've tried a few things but in the end those edits break the slider. I put it all back for now but would love to find a fix. Thanks.

Well, I just noticed that the main sliders are not sliding now, so these changes broke the slider when viewing via Firefox. IE still works fine it seems.

Yes, this does work. In fact at first all I did was to rename scripts.js to scripts.js1 to just save the original file. That alone seemed to fix it but I was worried about what else it might break so I went ahead with your instructions fully and it is still working.

I have some slight customization I'd like to check into. How can we best discuss that?

Hi there,

Here's a fix to try...

1. Open "scripts.js" and remove lines 1-37 (everything above the "jQuery Easing v1.3" section).

2. Open "header.php" and add the following above
wp_head();
on line 18...

wp_enqueue_script('jquery');

Let me know if that works.

Best,

I'm attempting to use a Twitter widget that rotates my feed but the rotation isn't working. The widget creator tells me its due to the theme having either an old jQuery version or a special version. He is telling me to remove line 23 that starts and ends with...

(function(){var l=this,g,y=l.jQuery,p=l.$,o=l.jQuery=l.$=function(E,F)...if(E=="fx"&&G.length==1){G[0].call(this)}})},dequeue:function(E){return this.each(function(){o.dequeue(this,E)})}});

Is this really required? If I do this what else will it break? What is your suggestion? My site is http://www.harrisoncountytexas.org. Thanks.
