Hi there,

You had/have OptionTree installed/activated?

You'll need to delete that plugin as it is no longer required. Additionally, you'll want to use the "WP Database Reset" plugin to clean up the wp-options table in your database after deleting the plugin.

Make sure your database AND website files are backed up before you make any changes.

Hey Chris,

Just answered you via email but I'll repost here just in case. I removed everything but Contact Form 7, Akismet and Option Tree, still no good. Also, nothing but minor changes to templates and that was before reinstalling the theme twice, so any changes should be long gone.

Eager to get this fixed, any other ideas what could be causing it? Been going on for months.

Hi there,

Do you have any additional plugins installed? If so, please try deactivating those to see if it fixes the issue.

Also, have you made any edits to the template files?

The theme arranges the slides down the length of the page, as well as the secondary image menu that has been set up. Navigation isn't functioning either. Please let me know what I can do to fix this, great theme other than this issue which I've had for a while.
