#1 - #5 are WordPress related issues and don't have anything to do with the theme.

I suggest reapplying the WordPress update or maybe even reinstalling WordPress.

If you continue to have trouble, I suggest using the WordPress forums... http://wordpress.org/support/

Also, NEVER post your WordPress login info on the internet. I removed it from your post...

I have downloaded, uploaded, and activated this theme 3 times.

Problem #1: When on a page in the dashboard I cannot type in the area and the formatting bar is missing. When I do type in the text area the words are invisible, but I can see them when I highlight and when I post the page

Problem #2: In the widget section I cannot drag the widgets into the individual footer sections.

Problem #3: In the menu area, I cannot drag the menu items at all. I have other themes that I work with on this same computer so I don't think it is the computer I am using.

Problem #3: Quick edit does not open when I click on it.

Problem #4: The icon of add an image, add a video, etc does not open when clicked.

Problem #5: None of the dropdown arrows in the daashboard are working.
