Hi there,

Thanks for the video!

It appears you have the same page assigned to both the header section and the main content area (via the menu).

I do not recommend displaying that page content like that in the header area. The header area is intended to be much more simple and serve as an "introduction" to the site. Maybe try just a background image with the logo and brief welcome message. Then you can leave that page as the "home" for the lower section.

Please let me know if that helps.

Best,

Christopher

Thank you. Now I understand the relevance of the header. I made a short video to show the problem I'm having.

Hi there,

The menu items are controlled from the menu page. You can control which items appear by adding/removing them from the menu.

Regarding styling, the header area is treated differently than the lower area (below the menu).

Please let me know if that answers your question.

Best,

Christopher

Hi Chris

Here's the link again. It works well here: http://advocacia.mariosalimon.com/wordpress/

Sorry about the poor "sausage" metaphor. I'll try to explain it differently. The demo has a page that, when you roll it down, becomes a sequence of all the pages that appear on the menu (this is why I called it a "sausage". After I customized the Sample Page to be my Home (PRINCIPAL), the other pages disappeared. Now only a repeated version of Sample Page, without the background color, remains when I roll it down. I want to either have all the pages in the sequence or none.

I may have misunderstood the process, though. In my head, you create the pages and they all become part of the resulting page scroll that unfolds when you move the first page down. Perhaps there's something I missed while studying the help files and videos, or I may have erased part os the script that came with the imported XML.

Tank you for the attention.

Mário S.

Hi there,

I tried visiting your site but it never loaded...

I'm not exactly sure what "one page sausage" means. Can you please provide more details about the issue?

Best,

Christopher

Hi Chris

I'm developing a site with Misc and, unlike the first time I did it for IICA (IICA.ORG.BR), something went wrong when I customized the imported the Demo's XML. For some reason (some mistake of mine, I'm sure), two things have happened:

1. Only the Sample Page (now called PRINCIPAL) appears when one rolls the one page sausage. The others appear when I click the menu, but don't segue as in the Demo.
2. when one rolls the one page sausage, the PRINCIPAL page appears again, although without the background.

Here's the link to the site: http://advocacia.mariosalimon.com/wordpress/

Thank you very much for the help.
