Hi there,

It's working properly for me in Safari, Firefox and Chrome. If you want to disable the hiding effect, open custom.js and remove the following on line 165...

continueOn.css({display:"none"});

Best,

OK but that doesn't explain why it works on safari but not chrome and firefox on the same sized screen. Additionally i've had a few people check this on various screens and browsers and about 30% are reporting missing continue buttons, statistically that is a concern. In some respects i would rather the button appeared over the content as it's not obvious with this template that there is content below unless that button appears.

Thanks

James

Hi there,

The continue button will disappear if the browser window is shorter than the initial content on the page. That's simply because if there isn't enough space for the button, it would appear on top of the content. Keep in mind, though, that this only occurs on VERY small displays. Statistically speaking, that shouldn't be a large concern.

Best,

Chris

OK, i think i'm nearly there. I've changed the logo and reduced the iframe size so it fits better. I'm having an issue with Firefox and chrome though. On smaller screens the continue button doesn't seem to load whereas it does in Safari. It would be good to get this working so clients know to scroll down on the page.

Hi there,

It depends on the size of the browser you're using, but your logo is very large. I recommend making it more horizontal or smaller.

Best,

Neat tool, not seen that before. Most of those look like code from the youtube video. Is it best to use the iframe code that is default or the old embed code youtube offers? Interesting issues as i literally just installed the theme and copied in the embed code, nothing more. I'll work through those errors and let you know.

Hi there,

I see some errors in your markup. Give them a look over here and see if you can clear some of these up: http://validator.w3.org/check?uri=http%3A%2F%2Fjampvideo.com%2Fnewsite%2F&charset=%28detect+automatically%29&doctype=Inline&group=0

Hi there

I do hope i haven't cocked something up and broken your lovely theme but...

On install the homepage video is too high on the page, covering the logo area.

And i seem to be missing the carousel main section on the homepage and the footer i.e. anything below the video area. It's odd cos i swear it was there this afternoon.

Your help is very much appreciated.

Cheers

James
