Hmm... let me work with the theme some more, maybe it is my not being used to a portion of my interface working this way. I'll make the admin bar go away, see if I can have more of the normal experience. More later if I have further thoughts. Thanks.

Hi there,

Everything looks fine to me.

The pagination links (next panel boxes) sit at the bottom of the panel (they are absolutely positioned to the panel, not fixed to the browser). If you're changing the browser size, the size of the panels adjust, which will also move the pagination links with the bottom of the panel.

Thanks!

Chris

Yes, true that the content gets pushed down - the strange thing is it happens ONLY upon reloading the site after updating the theme.

As an update, I have also found another issue with the Next Page box icons - when resizing the site, the Main menu, Footer menu and Widget controls remain exactly where they need to be EXCEPT the Next Page box icons, which seem to float/disappear. Maybe my expectation is incorrect, so please feel free to correct it, but I was expecting for the Next Page box icons to stay fixed in place, like the Menu/Footer/Widget controls for as long as I am determined to be in that particular page (as scrolling up or down cause a transition to adjacent pages).

Not sure how to resolve it as sometimes, due to the browser window size, all appears except the NP boxes which are pushed down below the visible portion of the window.

Try http://www.architechtonic.com/wordpress -- working on the site so please forgive the mess. ;-)

And thanks for the very fast response, appreciated.

Hi there,

Are you referring to the admin bar when you're logged in? If so, it's possible that pushes the content down. Keep in mind site visitors don't see that, so it isn't an issue for everyone else. Also, you can turn off the admin bar on your profile page in the wp dashboard.

If I misunderstand the issue, please clarify and provide a link to your site.

Thanks!

Chris

Under latest Safari/MacOS X. For some reason, in my current Home page, the Next Page icons at the lower right get pushed further down below the Footer menu line - only about 85% of the icons is shown. Yet if I click on any of the main menu options and then come back to Home, then the icons are displayed correctly as they should.

Found out this displacement happens when the WP header/theme are rendered after updating the blog - if I log out of the blog and render the domain URL the theme displays perfectly.

Not a show stopper by any means, and probably not high priority, but is there a way to fix this displacement?
