please reference this thread so I know what its about, also make sure you backed everything up I may replace some of the theme files(shouldnt be an issue seeing as you haven't modified it) and I may de-activate plugins

what version of iOS? what version of the theme? and have you made any modifications? It definitely shouldn't be rendering like that(as the default install/demo works fine in iOS 5) Ive only tested in the developer simulator will check it later on my iPad
