I figured out that I had an issue when copy and pasting from the line above in my code. While working on the site again after a bit of downtime, I would add one pin, save and open to make sure I wasn't in Europe. After about 3 or 4 more pins, I was. When I checked the code, I forgot to have a letter pasted. I was missing a lower case a at the beginning of the code, after fixing, it corrected my site back to Pennsylvania.

So, if you are having issues with your pins, try to make sure your code lines up right, all my issues were in this at the start:

add(jQuery(this)

I had dd(jQuery(this) in one line and it shot me to Europe.

I'm not sure if this will help anyone else, but even one letter in your code wrong can mess everything up.

-Raymond

Hi there,

There are no theme-based restrictions as the number of locations are determined by how many items you manually add to the template file(s).

If there are errors with a particular item, it may prevent additional locations from loading, so would I recommend double-checking your locations for potential errors.

Beyond that, I'm really not sure as there isn't anything restricting the number of locations caused by the theme or the Google API. If there are no errors in your markup, it must be something with your hosting setup/configuration.

Thanks Chris,

I've sent the host an email asking if they have a memory limit, it may just be something as simple as I need to upgrade my specific hosting plan. I absolutely love this template, so the more I can add to show people this part of the state, the easier it is for me in the long run, rather than my old HTML template, which was written with pre-2000 HTML knowledge.

Hi there,

I'm not aware of any limitations as there isn't anything in the site template that would prevent a specific amount from showing.

It's possible it could be related to your server memory limiting how much content it can grab. I'm not sure. I would recommend contacting your hosting provider to see if they have any idea.

Thanks!

I don't know if I hit a limit or what, but if I try to add one more marker, I lose most of my information and I get re-centered in on France. I've always just copy and pasted from the pin above, so I'm not touching anything other than the lat/long for a pin. Right now, I have 112 pins leading to 69 pages, all added without issue. If I add one more pin or page, I lose it all. I've been beating my head off a wall for a couple of days since it first happened and I had to find my backup index page, which is a lot better to have located close by instead of a folder inside of sub-folders.

Any ideas?

Site is nepafalls.com in case it's needed for reference.
