When there is a sub-menu for a page (sub pages to a parent page) THAT sub-menu is auto added to the right sidebar as "Related Pages" and then it is opened. If there is no sub-menu, the first widget item is opened.

1) What I would like to have, if possible, is a text widget that appears and opens for a PAGE that has no sub-menu, simply so that it can add supplementary info (like call out info - testimonials - an input form)

2) Then, if possible, a way to add supplementary info below that sub-menu (so that this feature can be added to pages that HAVE a sub-menu already.

I think this would require some sort of conditional PHP statement ... your thoughts and help - if possible - please and thanks!!!!
