Hi Justin,

Thank you for all your help - it has been superb. :)

All problems sorted... until I've realised somewhere along the line I've managed to delete the + icon for the MORE box on the homepage in the middle three icons!

The square box around it is still there and it still works functionally, you just can't really see it because I've deleted the +. Do you know how I can reinstate this?

Sorry Justin.

If you're trying to target the iPhone specifically, you'll have to Google how to "target iPhone OS in CSS" and there should be some good examples. Find the class of the image that you're displaying and place a display:none on it to hide it specifically on that device.

Good luck,
Justin

Perfect. Thanks Justin.

I have had a play around and how everything how I want it except one thing..

On my RELEASES page (http://mostarrecords.com/wp/?page_id=13) I use thumbnails in the main body of the page, and on the iPhone it displays the images all again at the bottom of the page.

I have removed this from IE9 and iPad but cannot shift them from the iPhone.

Is there a way of doing this?

Thanks

Hey there,

No worries, let me help you out:

1) You'll need to edit some code. First, save the "Header.php" file. Then, you'll need to edit it... you'll see:

<li id="homeNav">activeNav<?php }?>">MENU< 1/ a>

Where you see >MENU< 1/ a> that's where you can change the title. Do the same for Info, etc...

2) See #1

3) Can't control your browsers control bar...

4) Go to Settings > General > Site title to edit that. You can also add Footer text from Theme Options > Footer > Footer Text

Hope this helps..

Thanks,
Justin

Hi Justin,

Thanks for getting back to me, sorry for my slow resposne. I think you're right and it's an old OS version.

I have a couple of questions it would be great if you could answer?

1) On the homepgae on the icons in the middle of the screen, how can I change the 'List' one to say something else (in my case 'News') and then think to a page that I will create as per normal?

2) Likewise, on one of my other pages I have used thumbnails and therefore it has come up with a Thumbs icon. How can I change this to say 'Artists' and again link to another page?

3) I have a scroller that comes up inside the site that is really hard to see. Is it possible to get rid of this so it scrolls using the main scroll bar.. or change the colour so it is more visible.

4) How do I change the (c) wording at the bottom of the homepage.

Thanks Justin - I have used the template a few times now and really like it. Would be great and very much appreciated to get some (simple if you can!) instructions to the above.

Hey Rtguk,

What version iPad and OS are you using? It appears that the IOS4 does not support the &nbsp feature of HTML, which is why it's displaying. The code calls for a "non-breaking space" which is simply to add a little space between the slash and number. It's a widely used function, which surprises me that it won't work on the iPad!

Let me know - otherwise I'll chat w/Chris about it.

Thanks!
Justin

Thought I'd let you know that on my Gallery page, it displays fine on IE9 but on the iPad it shows:

&nbsp

before the page numbers at the bottom of the page.

i.e. Gallery Image 1 / &nbsp 1 of 10

Something easily rectified?

Thanks
