I have same problem and cannot find any info in Help file about which widgets this template needs????? Does anybody knows?

thats normal you need to set the theme up(widgets area etc) and it will display properly

Just installed the theme, and it looks like the elements are there, but the layout is out of whack. We uploaded the correct folder to themes. We also loaded the dummy content, and selected basic options in the theme options editor. We are using WP 3.6.2.

You can see a screenshot of it here. If need be, we can reactivate the theme to show it in action.
