This is not something theme-related as it involves a server error. As noted in the error message, you need to contact the server administrator.

I keep getting this message when trying to install the theme?

Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Its never happened before.
