Hi there,

An internal server error is something you'll need to resolve with your hosting company. VYSUAL is a little more advanced than a basic WordPress theme, so you may need your hosting provider to increase the memory limits (file size may be the cause of the issue).

Again, this is not something that can be addressed on my end. This is a server-related issue.

I am getting the message below when I am selecting vysual.zip file during the installation. Wordpress dashboard just giving me an option to to ZIP file for installation, I just I have no option to select the folder with CSS as it says in the instruction. Please help. Thanks.
