The zip file for VYSUAL is larger than most WordPress themes since it includes an example video and audio file. As a result, you may need to upload the file via FTP. If you're not sure how to do that, you can either (1) request your hosting provider increase the upload limits on your account or (2) send me a message from ThemeForest and I'll send you a zip with those media files removed.

Hi there,

Are you referring to the background video? If so, mobile devices do not support background videos. They have a protocol that requires users to press play before any media is started. Since there are no control options for background videos, this feature is not rendered.

Hi there,

The theme uses CSS media queries to alter the layout based on the screen size only (i.e. there is no "desktop version" or "mobile version"). You should see the same general layout/design on every device. Was there a specific item that you were not seeing?

It was an issue with my host size limit. They changed it. Now I will be customizing. I will let you know if I run into any other issues. Thank you for your help.

I am still having some functionality difficulty with this theme. I have been working on it for hours. I suppose because I wasn't able to install through wp installation process (could that be the culprit)? I really like this theme a lot but can't seem to get things working properly.

I am receiving an installation error after attempting to upload the zip file (under appearances and then add new then upload file then pushed install now) and install it comes up saying "Oops that page can't be found" and if I try to upload the wordpress files only it says Are you sure you want to do this Try again. Please advise.
