Hello, getting the theme looking like the demo doesn't require customization, it sounds like you need to read the help file as well as look at the video walkthroughs to setup the site

Hello again,
I activated the Aid template again. I managed to find a little bit more, so what I don't see on my site now are

1. the exerts from the blog posts that I have on the main side.
2. the sliders: the big one and the one in the bottom. No pictures show up there.

I also had a page on my former site Chocolate, where I put in all my pics in a gallery, and I see that you have it on your purchase preview as well. This I would like to do. I also activated the Chocolate theme last night again, and the Gallery page is all gone, and instead are the pages that I put up for the Aid template. I don't understand how to switch working with these two.

I just deleted content on one page, called the Research page. I have activated it now, and I don't understand why it looks like it does. I would like it to look like you have it on Themeforest, on your preview. I hope that doesn't require to add code or ask for customization, I wouldn't have bought the template then. Well, I have had two wp sites before and didn't really have any problems setting them up when it comes to finding stuff in the admin panel. Maybe you understand more what i talk about since now I activated it. Fex, where is the donation button, or how do I find this in the admin panel? Thanks again, Katarina

as you deleted all the content I cannot tell you what you were doing wrong, as for editing the template, to make custom modification you will need to modify or add code either css, php and a little help to or you will need to hire someone to customize it http://www.themolitor.com/customization-quote-request/ other than that setting up the template is just how you setup any other WordPress site i.e adding content etc

well I uploaded the right file, as is described on your link there. However, the site can be activated but the blog posts show only title but no content, when I click the title the whole post comes up. The slider which I said is blinking keeps blinking but no photos come up. When I try to create the site that I want I find nowhere to do this in the admin panel. The only thing which I find is the Plugin Option where I can change the color of the site, the static page, and logo etc. It also puts up Pages which I made on my previous theme, but did not publish, so I had to erase all that content since I wasn't finished with the content. Basically I guess what I mean is that I see no way in editing the template so I can make it look like I want to, including the issue with the blog posts, that I want to show with the some of the content at least and not just a title, like I have it on my previous page (this one is template Chocolate and which is active now, since I couldn't activate Aid template since it looks really empty). Im assuming you're trying to upload the whole download from themeforest and the size including everything is timing it out, you need to unzip everything first

Hi, I just purchased your WP Aid site and activated it. I had to install it via my Bluehost panel, because the upload from my site admin panel, didn't go through. I activated the site but it keeps showing the blinking circle that is working with something...but I have no blog posts or such so it and no slider, well pretty much no site.
Can you help me import and install it so my site is up and running again?
