I have now disabled all plugins that are not theme related. I haven't made any theme file changes.

can you disable all plugins note theme related?

its not happening on the demo/default install, so I want to make sure its not any plugin issue. Also have you made any direct edits to the theme files?

I have a problem with the infowindows on my markers - v1.4:

On Chrome infowindows are fine until you move map - then they dissappear.

On Firefox infowindows flash on and off when the mouse is on the marker.
