<p>That loading background is to let users know an image is loading if it doesn't show right away. The reason you can see it is because you're using a transparent png image. You can either add a white background to your image or remove the background loading image by adding the following to your custom CSS...</p>

<p>I have looked on both Chrome and Firefox, and it's the same thing. </p>
<p>Any idea what would cause that?
