Siteground. Here are their comments if you would like to see what they did to investigate the issue:

I have set the "cache" and "scripts" folder permissions to 777 as per above instructions.

Please check it again on on your end and tell us the results.

The GD library is included in our PHP installations. You can check the server's PHP settings at:

http://theawakeningmusic.com/i.php

I have also checked the path to your images and noticed that it is set incorrectly. For example your website tries to load the image from /new/library/files/2012/05/angels-in-pink.jpg folder and returns error: file not found.

I have searched manually for that image and noticed that the correct path is:

/new/wp-content/blogs.dir/7/files/2012/05/angels-in-pink.jpg

As you can see the image is loading correctly:

http://theawakeningmusic.com/new/wp-content/blogs.dir/7/files/2012/05/angels-in-pink.jpg

You should check the configuration of your template/script and make sure that the path to your images folder is:

/new/wp-content/blogs.dir/7/files/2012/05/

am afraid that I am not familiar with the plugin you are using and I do not know how to change the default path to the images. However, I found a workaround to fix the problem. I have linked incorrect folder new/library/files/2012/05/ to the correct one at /new/wp-content/blogs.dir/7/files/2012/05/ and now your images are loading as expected.

Please clear your browser's cache and check the results on your end.

2012-05-27 05:41pm by windofep -	hmmm, thanks for doing that, but for me, it doesn't look much better, now I don't have a site:

http://theawakeningmusic.com/new/library/

Are the images directories established when the subsites are set up? Someone on your staff did that for me and it has not been a problem before.

Ummm, not sure what to do now.
2012-05-27 05:44pm by windofep -	You see?
Here I have a portfolio site where the picture show just fine:

http://theawakeningmusic.com/new/artgal/

An d you can see the images are stored in that sites files:

http://theawakeningmusic.com/new/artgal/files/2012/05/6212524945_6777252693_b.jpg
2012-05-27 05:58pm by Dimitar.T -	I have restored the previous state and now the site at http://theawakeningmusic.com/new/library/ is working fine.

It seems that the problem is with the code used in the plugin that you are using. Please contact the plugin developers and ask them to provide you with the instructions on how to fix the path to the images.

Chris,

The server says the theme is creating the problem. They say they have never seen it before and are quite perplexed by it. That they can't fix a problem created by a theme.

On two occasions, one being just an hour ago, I have told your and/or your forums that I have contacted my hosting provider who has made every accommodation that your instructions outline.

Phillip

Viewing this link, you have a server related issue involving TimThumb:

http://songofshambhala.com/library/wp-content/themes/wphud/scripts/timthumb.php?src=http://songofshambhala.com/library/files/2012/05/monks-chanting-300x215.jpg&w=150&h=125&zc=1

As instructed in the original thread addressing this issue, you need to contact your hosting provider about this as it doesn't have anything to do with the theme.

Thanks!

Maybe it's time to consider getting a reimbursement for this template if I can't get any assistance and I can't resolve the images not showing and the script issues. I was so pumped about the Molitor themes but with my having had the Navigator theme for a week without being able to getting the simplest functions working and now this - I should probably be looking for a more reliable, less exotic solution. I would like to get the Navigator theme working as I have not found anything with which to replace it but might be better off stepping away from this theme.

A couple of links from the HUD theme:

http://songofshambhala.com/library/category/csos-councils-video-library/

http://songofshambhala.com/library/

Even though I just installed the HUD theme, I just discovered that you have a newer version with the 1.4 version of J-query.

And I would love to hear any suggestion you might have for the Navigator theme but since we just moved the URL and it's not showing anything right now I have nothing to show you But, as I have outlined before, the images simply do not resize, regardless of what size I put in. I've never had this problem with a Wordpress site so I am at a loss.

Hi there,

Can you provide a link to your site? Without a link we would just be guessing at the issue you're having.

Thanks!

I have purchased your HUD theme and for some reason the images won't dislpay although they are being captured in the media library. I have a similar problem with the Navigator theme, where the images don't resize. It's the first time I have this issue with Wordpress and I didn't know if the two were related and due to a unique script or what. I made all the changes outlined here

http://www.themolitor.com/forums/topic/important-requirements-for-the-thumbnails-images-to-work-1

but still the same problem.
