i loaded the default themeplate so i can make sure it isnt any of my edits but its the same, on the mac it shows a picture but when i use windows it shows the default video ..

Hi there,

I see all the demo content still showing on your site link. Since this is an HTML template, the code that is loaded is what you have currently on your hosting. If you're making changes and not seeing them applied, unfortunately that isn't something theme/template related. The theme will only do what the code tells it to.

As it is right now, I can't say for sure what the issue might be as I have no insight to the development environment you're working in. Maybe you're making changes locally and not applying them to the live site? Maybe you're working on a separate sub-domain/folder and not actually editing the live files that link to the live site?

I hope you understand that this is not something that I can effectively troubleshoot as there doesn't appear to be any issues with the actual template/theme code that I provided.

Be sure you're updating both the regular AND hi-res logo settings on the Customize page.

Im sorry it doesn't help clearing out the cache, it still stuck on the same pic and vysual logo

Hi there,

Most browsers store a "snapshot" (i.e. cache) of your site so that it doesn't take long to load the next time you visit. The only downside is that these snapshots do not show new content or edits made to the site. Usually a simple page refresh is enough, but in some cases clearing the browser cache is required.

Im having a problem with the view the theme on other products, on windows but i can see my edits and the way i want but when i use my iphone or mac it changes to a picture and the logo back to vysual, can you help me?
