Unfortunately it didn't work for me either... Not looking too good for me...

I will use this for now as I've got enough on my plate setting up the company, and will have to change down the track. No android is a fatal downside.

Were you able to get that "custom.js" script change to work? I tried it and it did not fix the problem on my phone. --- Its a bummer as this is a really nice minimalist theme. I might check out template monster as I hopped that this is a bug that ThemeForest would have found before selling the theme. )-:

...to this...

Great theme - but unfortunately I feel the same way about the android issue... If I can't get a fix for this i'll have to find a free theme... Quite a bummer!

That said, I would like to try what you suggested, but where do I find custom.js?

I'm almost willing to send you an android phone to test this bugger out! =D

.... but in the meantime I 'm planning to go back to a free theme that I was using earlier. A lot of my clients use mobile devices and not being able to use it on an Android is a BIG problem. --- Other then that it really is an fun theme. :)

The truth is I don't have access to an Android phone to test it on, which is why it's not listed as a supported browser.

That said, you can try this (no guarantees)...

Open "custom.js" and change the following on line 17 from this...

iPhone = deviceAgent.match(/(iphone|ipod)/);

...to this...

iPhone = deviceAgent.match(/(iphone|ipod|android)/);

Let me know if that helps at all.

I'm actually more frustrated that, while this theme has a LOT of potential, it does not work on the Android smart phone. It would be too hard to explain and needs to be seen on an Android to really understand those issues. -- I'm a little bummed out when I discovered that one yesterday. )-:

I used the "www.websitename.com...." url as a generic url to show the pathway to the logo.png file. I did not want to use my URL in the example as that part of the URL would be unique to each designer - plus, I do not own the "websitename.com" url. I probably should have written "www.your-website-url-here..." ;)

Is showing "Server Not Found" errors. That is the reason it isn't working. Please check your URLs and make sure you can load the image in the browser.

I took a look at Synchromuse's website and it does not work on my droid either. Hmmmm.... this is not good.

Ooops I feel a little dumb. I was getting projects confused and should have thought things out before I typed my last few posts. I did peek at someone else's code, but the solution was much easier then I remembered --- It's been a while since I've had the time to play around with this theme. Here is what I did....

1) First with my FTP program I went to my theme on my server and located the wp-content folder >> the uploads folder >> the 2013 folder >> the 02 folder and finally found the theme's logo. I simply placed my logo in that folder. --- now I new the path that wordpress would need to find the logo.

2) Next I went to my wordpress account, signed on and went to appearance >> and then Theme Options --- and while on the theme options page I found the "Logo URL" box.

3) I typed in the URL PATH name leading to my logo in that box "http://www.websiteaname/wp-content/uploads/2013/02/my-logo-name.png" --- and clicked "save changes" on that page.

And that's it. :)

Yes and no. I was able to fix it, but not through the theme itself. I gave up and just looked at the source code of another designer and found out how to do it that way instead and then ftp'd it to my server. Trying to do it via the wordpress controls was giving me a headache.

I'm now trying to figure out why it does not seem to work on my Android smart phone as well as some of the 'other' details. :)

@Synchromuse I'm seeing the logo show up on your site. Resolved? If not, please clarify the issue you're having.

Chris, Im also having the same problem mentioned in this thread. Fair warning, I did receive inspiration from your logo. The file I uploaded was a PNG file and here is the permalink:

I've used other wordpress themes, on my site, before - but this one seems to be taking some more work to get through some of the nuances. Even so, it's a pretty slick theme.

My problem is that when I loaded the theme the menu page came up with a blue square in the spot were you have the PhotoPharm logo on your demo page. I've tried to replace the question mark with my own logo but everything I try comes back a failure. I'm not sure what I am doing wrong or how to fix this. If it were an HTML page I would have had it done by now (lol).

It is my understanding that this is done by going to appearance > theme options > general > logo URL and typing in the URL for the logo. I've tried this and it does not seem to work.... I've even tried putting it in different folders, but I keeping coming up short. Can you help me? I sure it's something simple that I am missing.... but I just don't know what to do at this point?

Query: The theme loaded with no active images - everything is blank. Is this the way that it should have looked on initial load or should it have been populated with the images found on your demo page? When I put my own images should they be in the images folder (if I FTP them) or a subfolder inside the image folder?
