Apologies for the delay. I'm back in the office now after traveling for the past week. I have a few questions to help me troubleshoot the issue you're having...

1. Are you experiencing the same issues when viewing the demo site in IE9? Ref: http://themolitor.com/vysual_html/

2. Can you provide more details about what version of Windows you're using?

3. Can you confirm your IE9 browser is NOT in compatibility mode? Ref: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/2536204

Try testing in IE9

You can find the problem should not work.

I see you have made a lot of edits to the template files. If you're still having issues, I'll have to ask that you revert to a default setup of the theme in order for me to troubleshoot any issues you have.

This way I can make sure your edits are not the cause of any problems you may be experiencing.
