Mystery Solved!! I left the default name "WP Church Theme" in tact when I created the website (almost 2 years ago now). I normally know not to leave a space in a directory name.

IE9 would not correctly identify a space in a name. It’s not generally good practice to keep a space in a name, but I had one in the directory called “WP Church Theme” where all of the website information pulls from. Chrome, Firefox, and older IE browsers would correctly note a space in a name by using the code %20 (Church%20Theme). For instance, the logo on the website is located at http://oursaviorcheyenne.org/wp-content/themes/WP Church Theme/images/logo-trans.png IE9 couldn’t find that.

To fix it, I had to log on to my web hosting company. In my File Tree I created a new directory called ChurchTheme under Themes. I had to copy all files from Themes/WP Church Theme to that new directory (I made some customizations there which is why I am copying everything over).

Then in WP admin dashboard, under Themes, I had to install the "new theme" (which was essentially my old theme but in a new directory without spaces. Then, back at web hosting company in my File Tree, I renamed the old one to "Old_WP church Theme" so I would know that, and could revert back to it if I find a problem by implementing this change.

Now it's working, and the location of the header image is now known as http://oursaviorcheyenne.org/wp-content/themes/ChurchTheme/images/logo-trans.png , which IE9 can figure out.

Oh the joys of web browsers! Lol

BTW, I am using WordPress 3.2.1 :) But I don't know why that would be an issue for the header, in IE9. But then again - you guys are the pros and know :)

Hello - I'm hoping this is an easy one for you ;)
Our site: http://oursaviorcheyenne.org/ displays the header and logo well in Chrome - but the header seems to be missing in IE9. I hate IE9, but our customers are using it. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
