Hi there,

1. I see this too. I'll have to research this to find out what the issue is.

2. The arrow is showing for me on all pages. Resolved?

3. I'm not sure what you mean here. I'm not seeing any top panel issues with a black bar. Please clarify.

4. The menu appears on the same line as the logo for me. Resolved?

1. Home page, contact, and other pages have no background on the top panel.

2. The down arrow to indicate scroll down is missing on all pages

3. Top panel on balance of pages are split with a large black bar containing the title of the page and crops the photo

4. Main Menu has dropped below the logo line and search line

These are the issues I see. Please let me know if there is some code I can add to help my site play nicely with IE8.
